Ir. Neoh is Vice Precident of IEM (2004-2006), Chairman of Technical Committee for Geotechnics (TC5), Road Engineering Association Malaysia, (1997-2006) and also Chairman of IEM/CIDB/JPN organising committee.
He joined PWD Malaysia (74'-98') for 25 Years after graduated from UM (1974). He is currently (2000-2007) the Director of E-Geo Consultant Sdn. Bhd. who mainly involved in geotechnical design for foundations, walls and slopes and as an independent geotechnical design checker. He has published more than 50 technical papers on geotechnical and road engineering in various journals & bulletins. He also presented in many local seminars and conferences. |
