Microsoft Excel spreadsheet is popularly used for computations as it has ability to record and display in detail computation steps and also feature of presenting results in the form of graph and summary tables. With the help of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), engineers can further increase the power of EXCEL spreadsheet that allowing engineers to automate various aspects of engineering computations.

Mr. Chee Shai Choon Qualification : Degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Pertanian Malaysia (Now call Universiti Putra Malaysia) Strength : • He developed software for analyses and design of RC structures, drains, sewers and earthworks. • He also develops software that works on handheld computers and is considering developing application that work on the web. Current job : Managing Director of C & S Software Solution Sdn. Bhd. Biodata : Mr. Chee Shai Choon is the Managing Director of C & S Software Solutions Sdn. Bhd., a software provider for civil and structural engineering applications. He has had 14 years programming experience and has developed software for analyses and design of RC structures, drains, sewers and earthworks. Many of his applications work with popular CAD software to automate the output of engineering drawings. He also develops software that works on handheld computers and is considering developing application that work on the web.
